Angry Bubble Productions

Angry Bubble Productions was established in 1999 when Eva Minemar and Tony Lepore, two New York City natives, were handed the full responsibilities of operating the Piano Store Theatre at 158 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.

Over the past seven years, their main focus has been the development of new talent. Angry Bubble Productions has been committed to providing opportunities to up and coming actors, writers, and directors. Their greatest strength is bringing people together from different parts of the New York theatre scene for presentations of quality start-up projects. Indeed, every one of their productions has been a World Premiere.

Many of the actors and writers go on to take the projects that they have started with ABP to different festivals and cities. The family-style atmosphere at ABP makes it possible for the ambitious to come and go as they please, with many people coming back to ABP to start new projects. Getting these new projects crafted and put on stage is what Angry Bubble Productions is all about.

After appearing in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2003, Angry Bubble Productions began full-time operations in Los Angeles. Angry Jellow Bubbles ran for six months at the Hudson Theatre on L.A.'s Theatre Row. Since then, Minemar and Lepore have branched out in both New York and Los Angeles. Minemar has been hired to direct other stage works and has appeared on stage and on screen on both coasts. Lepore has been producing and designing lighting for theater festivals and opera. The company continues to grow in membership and accomplishments.
